Q: What services do you provide?
A: Think of us as facilitators. You may live in Bombay
and you are desperate for Marmite. Or you may live in Brussels and just crave
Cadburys. We can obtain all these products for you and have them shipped to
you at heavily discounted postage rates. You will find a wealth of over 7000
British products. Our product range includes general grocery items that you
may miss and find almost impossible to obtain where you live. We also list a
range of organic foods, a tempting selection of fine foods and magazines as
well. Delivery can be made to almost anywhere in the world, including the UK
if you wish to send gifts to your friends or relatives.
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: No, there isn't. However, our carrier charges a minimum
amount for delivery. You will find that the more you order the cheaper the shipping
charges become per kilo.
Q: Is there a maximum amount that I can order?
A: No.
Q: Do you accept credit and charge cards and are payments
secure?
A: Most Credit and Charge Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Solo,
Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron) are
accepted and payment can be made online. All transactions are totally secure,
as payments are processed through HSBC. Alternatively, at the checkout stage
you can choose to fax or phone your credit card details to us if you prefer.
Q: Where can you deliver to and how long does it take?
A: We can deliver to 239 countries worldwide. Our Delivery
Info page can give you specific information on approx. delivery times &
costs to your door. Please remember to add 2 to 3 working days for us to process
your order. You can also choose to have your order delivered to someone else's
address, including friends and relatives in the UK. All orders are despatched
via Parcelforce Worldwide's Express Delivery System.
Q: What about customs regulations in my country of
residence?
A: Certain products can be restricted for importation
into your country. We will check your order before despatch and if we find any
prohibited items we will remove them from your order and refund you with the
cost of them. We cannot however guarantee 100% accuracy for this as customs
laws are subject to frequent changes in some parts of the world. It is therefore
your responsibility to check that the products you order are permissible for
import to the country of residence for the person receiving the goods. Please
also note that we have no control over customs intervention and any resulting
delays which may occur.
Q: How do I go about ordering products from the shop?
A: Simply select a category on the left hand side of
your screen to find the products that you are looking for. If you wish to purchase
any items click the "Add" button to add them to the shopping basket.
Once you have selected all the products you wish to order, click the "Checkout
" button. You will then be asked for delivery address details and the method
of payment that you wish to use and how you would like your order to be shipped
to you. Choose your preferred option to be taken to the order approval page.
If you have chosen to pay by credit/debit card, you will then be taken to the
HSBC page to enter your card details. From there onwards, simply follow the
instructions on screen.
Q: What if you don't have the product(s) that I'm
looking for?
