Widely available within most of Europe this service
usually takes between 2 - 5 working days, (plus 3-4 days to process the order) and delivery charges start at a flate
rate of £12.95 per parcel up to 30kgs, depending on the country. (See
chart below)

Scheduled
This service is available worldwide and can take from 3 - 10 days, after despatch, depending on the country. The delivery charge will
be according to the distance you are from the UK and also the total weight of your order. Once
you have added the items to your shopping cart, the exact shipping charge will
be calculated online before you submit your payment details but please see the
guide below for general information.
International

Being
the quickest service, it is ideal for those times when goods are needed urgently
as most destinations take only 3 days from the time the order is despatched. When
you have placed your order, you will be shown the price for both International
Services (where available) and you can then choose which method you would prefer.
Standard
Delivery
Available for UK mainland deliveries only. Great for
sending a present to a friend back home. Delivery is 48 hours from despatch
and the cost is £8.75 for up to 20kg.
BFPO
Deliveries
This service is only available to Armed Forces personnel
and their families. Deliveries must be addressed to a BFPO address. Delivery
times vary between 7 to 14 days but can take slightly longer depending on the
destination. We have negotiated special rates and can offer Armed Forces personnel
and their families a delivery charge of just £15.00 per parcel up to 30kgs
in weight. Please note that some BFPO destinations have a weight restriction
of 2.5kg and 11kgs and for these destinations only, the charge would be £15
per parcel of 2.5 or 11kgs as appropriate. When completing the order details
for BFPO addresses, please choose "HM Forces" from the country drop-down
menu first and then the relevant BFPO address.
General
Information
All shipping charges will be calculated online and shown to you
before you add your payment details but please see the guide below for general
information and delivery costs to most destinations. The weights are calculated
by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, so lightweight but bulky
items such as crisps or hollow items like Easter Eggs, will have the higher
volumetric weight allocated to them. Most parcels are a balance of heavy and
lightweight goods, so are not affected by this but if the order is made up mainly
of lightweight items, please bear this in mind.
To ensure that you receive your order with the best possible shelf life, our general policy is not to hold stock, therefore please allow 3 to 4 days for us to process and pack your order.
Please note that although we ship to most countries in the world, there are some areas where we cannot offer our services. This is due to either difficulties with Customs in that particular country or world events, making deliveries very difficult. A list of the countries we ship to is shown at the checkout page.
