        We've had some great feedback about our website, but we've also had some great suggestions from our customers about how it could be improved even more, so we're very happy to announce that our site has now been moved onto a new software platform which has allowed us to implement those requested changes, plus some great new additional features. to make shopping with us even easier and more enjoyable.

By far the most requested change, was being able to search by brand, instead of having to look through all of the products in a category.  This has been achieved by a simple drop down menu from the top left of the home page; 'Search by Brand' and it couldn't be easier to use, so we hope you like this new feature.  One other request from new customers, is that they would prefer not to have to set up a new account before being able to shop; again this has now been changed, so that our regular customers can continue to log in, in the usual way, but new customers have a choice of setting up an account to save their details or checking out as a 'Guest', where the information entered is not saved on our system.  Our website is totally secure and our customers' privacy is extremely important to us, but we appreciate that not everyone is comfortable with having their details saved, so we're pleased to now be able to offer this option.

Other improvements include:

If you order the same products regularly, instead of having to search for the products and add them to your basket, you can simply log in to your account, click on the 'order information tab' and then click on re-order, which will then take you straight to the checkout.

When you click on the main category, all sub categories will then be displayed, instead of having to hover with your mouse.  (Some of our customers with smaller screens found this difficult).

Our card processing company has been changed to Sagepay, probably the most trusted name in the industry.  (We still offer PayPal too).  As always, no card details are seen or held by Expat Essentials.

The country listing has been restricted to only those that we send to, so you're not presented with every country in the world, whether we send there or not.

Customers can now leave product reviews if they wish to.  This would be particularly helpful to those customers choosing the right baby formula and food for their little ones.  If you would like to review any of the products on offer, simply click on the product itself and next to the information tab, you will see a tab for 'Customer Reviews', click on this and you can then either write a review or read other customer reviews.
