Introducing Our New Loyalty Scheme

12 August 2014  |  Admin

Shopping with Expat Essentials is even more rewarding now, with the introduction of our brand new Loyalty Points Scheme.  It's our way of saying thanks and giving something back to our customers, for continuing to shop with us.  Our scheme is also one of the most generous available from any British Expat Shop.

How does it work?

You earn 1 point for every pound spent on any products on the website, (shipping excluded) and each point is worth 3p.  You can cash in your points the next time you order or you can choose to save them up for the future, perhaps leaving them to add up for special occasions, such as Christmas or Easter.

How Much Are Loyalty Points Worth?

Each loyalty point is worth 3p, so the examples below will show you how much you can save:

Reward Points   =    Discount

100                            £3.00

200                            £6.00

500                            £15.00

2000                          £60.00

5000                          £150.00

(Please note that no cash alternative is available)

When can I redeem my Loyalty Points?

You can redeem your reward points when you go to the Checkout or you can save them for future orders.

How can I see how many Loyalty Points I have?

When you sign in to your account you will be able to see the balance of your Loyalty Points.  This will also be shown to you at the checkout, where you can then choose to use them or save them.  Please also log in before shopping, so that the points will be allocated automatically.

Do I have to create a separate account to collect Loyalty Points?

You do need to register with Expat Essentials if you are a new customer, as we have no way of allocating and tracking points for customers who choose the guest checkout option.  You don't need to create a separate account though, as the points are awarded to you automatically, every time you shop, so you don't have to do anything extra or sign up to the scheme, we will take care of that for you.
